We're in the midst of the lazy days of summer. And so routines can sometimes go out the window. Poor eating habits can creep up on us as we enjoy all that summer has to offer.

-Limit added sugar- 12-16 grams per day (children)

-Mindful eating- teach kids to make healthy choices

-Take a vacation from fast food

-Drinks- toss out sodas and sports drinks

-Sleep and Exercise
